Since it's so rare to find moissanite in its natural form, all forms found in the market are synthetically made.

At the same time, moi experts hand pick the highest quality moissanite stones to pair with your ring. Every moissanite from moi is guaranteed to be of D color (colorless), VVS1 (very, very slightly included) to IF (internally flawless) clarity, and ideal/excellent cut.

Each stone is inspected by eye and using ASET imaging to ensure the best gemstone properties possible for each stone used. Then the stone is mounted into the setting, undergoes polishing, cleaning, and other final touches before being sent out.

We offer ring sizes according to US ring sizing. You can always contact us if you don’t see the ring size you need. Unsure about your ring size? Order a free sample kit which comes with a ring sizer, or reach out to moi.

Yes! There is a deposit ($200 + tax) required with each sample kit order, however pending any missing rings, damaged rings, or late returns (you have 14 days to try your sample rings) your deposit will be fully refunded. Shipping both ways is covered for free by moi (some limitations may apply, see shipping details). 

You can also opt for store credit instead of a refund and we will provide you $50 as a free bonus for a future purchase from moi ($250 total)!

Each sample kit includes:

• One (1) moissanite solitaire to try on

• Five (5) other ring designs to try on

• A return shipping label for free and easy returns of the sample kit

While our sample kits are 100% free, we require a $200 (+tax) deposit in case of any accidental loss or damage to the sample kit.

Only one sample per household at this time. moi has the right to refuse sample kit orders if we believe the requests to be excessive or fraudulent.

We want you try experience your moi sample rings as your could your actual engagement ring, so we give you a full two (2) weeks to try out the sample rings from your sample kit. After you've made your decision or after the two weeks, which ever comes first, just use the pre-paid return label to send you sample kit back!

Moi is happy to offer free shipping in the continental United States. Expedited service is also available for a fee.

Moi rings and bands typically take 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. Each are handcrafted and meticulously inspected to ensure moi quality and love with every product you order. 

After your order is placed, the following steps occur before your product is delivered:

• Weeks 1 and 2: Handcrafting of your setting, production and hand selection of your gemstone(s) which are paired with your selected setting. 
• Week 3: Mounting of your handpicked gemstone(s) into your ring or band. Placement of any side and accent stones, as well as the moi signature pink sapphire for our engagement rings. 
• Week 4: Inspection of mounted gemstone(s) and setting. Polishing, cleaning, and final touches to the ring or band.
• Week 5 and 6: Final inspection of your product and moi package (including some extra goodies for you to enjoy!). Shipment and delivery of your product. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from moi. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for a full refund within 365 days of purchase for moi engagement rings and 60 days for bands and all other jewelry.

To qualify for a return: 

• Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.

• Item(s) must NOT have any personalized or customized inscriptions. 

• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the return authorization.

Each moi ring also product comes with a full lifetime warranty which includes 2 free resizings, an annual cleaning, and a guarantee against manufacturing defects for the life of the product.

Improper maintenance, repair, sizing or other any service performed by someone other than moi will void the moi warranty. The moi warranty is only valid for original purchasers of moi products and is non-transferable. Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, lost products, or products damaged due to improper care.
